Being our members safety the number one priority and following the NYS guidelines for reopening, we did the following

Installation of 2 large HEPA air filters that exceeds requirements .

Facilities are sanitized daily
We want you to be confident that you can get your workout conveniently in the safest possible environment, for this reason your private lessons should be booked in advance following the link below, also the procedures for group class would be as follows.

Every member and any person coming into our studio, will be screened touchless for any signs of fever.

If any member has any flu /Covid 19 symptoms, please stay at home until tested negative and/or symptoms recede .

Use of a mask is mandatory even when exercising.

Bring a hand towel to sanitize your gear.
We are looking forward to see again you doing what we love.
Congratulations to Safin Khaled and Nahian Khan for their excellent performance at the USA National Championship held at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando, they are now members of the USA National Team and will compete in patterns, sparring and team sparring in the ITF World Championship 2019 in Germany. Way to go!
